This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the Aegis EMR software platform (the "Service") provided by [LLC LEGAL NAME], a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Every new account includes a seven (7) day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the Service fully during this period, as it is designed to let you confirm the Service meets your needs before any charge is made.
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within seven (7) days of that charge. To qualify:
Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are also covered by the same 7-day money-back window from the date of each renewal charge. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops future billing.
Regardless of the 7-day window, we will always correct and refund genuine billing errors, duplicate charges, or charges made after a valid cancellation. Contact us and we will resolve these promptly.
Beyond the 7-day money-back window, payments for the current subscription period are generally non-refundable, because a free trial and a money-back period are provided specifically so you can evaluate the Service without financial risk. We may still grant discretionary refunds in exceptional circumstances at our reasonable judgment.
Submit refund requests to support@electronicmedicalrecord.cloud with your account email and the approximate charge date.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer or refund rights you may have under the law applicable to you. Where such law grants stronger rights, those rights prevail.

إذا اشتركت في خطة مدفوعة ولم تكن راضياً، يحق لك طلب استرداد كامل لآخر دفعة خلال سبعة (7) أيام من تاريخ التحصيل.
يمكن استرداد الاشتراكات السنوية خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ التجديد السنوي. بعد هذه الفترة، يستمر الاشتراك حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة بدون استرداد.
